Mercy Secondary School

School Spirit Day

A day of fun and games for the whole school, organised by the student council.
School Spirit Day

Our student council organised a great school spirit day for all the students and staff of Mercy Secondary School. As always there was plenty of scope to show off our skills at obstacle course, sack races and soccer. The verdict is still out on whether it was the teachers or students who won. wink

As well as bouncy castles many people saw it as a great opportunity to show off their strength on activities such as bungee run.

To top the day off lunch delivered by a chip van satisfied everyones taste buds.

Thank you to all the student council members for organising such a terrific day.

Our TY class did so well in their Junior cycle exam results. Well done to the students, families and teachers on all the hard work.
We are so proud of all of our 6th years. The class of 2019 have been very much at the heart of our school community. We wish them the very best of luck in the Leaving Certificate and the next stages in their journey.
This is just a small selection of the exciting work that takes place in the Home Economics Department.
